Yes, the warranty applies if:

• you are the original end-user purchaser with proof of your purchase
• the product failed due to our workmanship or any defect in the materials

No, the warranty does not:

• cover fair wear and tear
• cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alterations or acts of nature
• pay for freight from our nearest distributor to your door
• cover any consequential, indirect or incidental losses
• cover improper installation or storage
• cover corrosive substances or acids that are used on the product
• cover material defects as a result of corrosive environment

What will we do?

We will

• replace the product with the same or its superseded model in the carton (not installed)
• pay for the freight to our nearest distributor
